Fries without the fat - from Healthy Cooking Recipe cards, Feb. 2010

Recipe Ingredients for Oven Fries

4 medium potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
2 1/2 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Oven Fries

  1. Cut each potato into 12 wedges.

  2. Combine oil, paprika, salt and garlic powder in large bowl.

  3. Add potatoes, toss to coat.

  4. Put on greased (with baking spray) baking pan (15x10x1 inch).

  5. Bake at 400' for 40-45 minutes or until tender, turning once.
