Nice substitute for french fries. (I used Italian seasoning instead of thyme.)

Recipe Ingredients for Oven Fries

2 large Yukon Gold potatoes
4 t. extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. dried thyme (optional)

Recipe Directions for Oven Fries

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Cut potatoes into wedges. Toss with oil, salt, and thyme. Spread the wedges out on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until browned and tender, turning once, about 20 minutes total.
