This is my first attempt making a potato fries recipe. It was ok to me but I'm going to make some tweaks

Recipe Ingredients for Oven Fries With A Kick

1 pound potatoes
1/8 cup Fat Free Italian Dressing
1/8 cup Egg Beater
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Oven Fries With A Kick

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Mix the Fat Free Italian Dressing, egg beater, black pepper, paprika, and cayene pepper.

  3. Cut potatoes into strips to your liking.

  4. In a large bowl coat the potatoes with the Italian Dressing mixture.

  5. Arrange potatoes in single layer on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 30 mins turning the fries over after 15 mins.
