0.33 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
4 oz Egg Substitute
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin

Recipe Directions for Oven-Fried Zucchini Rounds

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Mix together dry ingredients

  3. Dip zucchini slices into egg and coat with panko mixture and lay on baking sheet

  4. Lightly spray with cooking spray and bake 10 minutes, flipping halfway through
