Cracker Meal Seafood Fry Mix and Parmesan cheese provide a flavorful crumb coating for Tilapia. It's delicious, but next time I'll have the butter.

Recipe Ingredients for Oven Fried Tilapia

2 1/2 pounds Tilapia Fresh Seafood
1/2 cup Cracker Meal
1/4 cup parmessan cheese
6 tablespoons butter
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Oven Fried Tilapia

  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Spread melted butter on shallow baking pan. Mix cracker meal, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in shallow dish. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Moisten with egg, then coat with cracker meal mixture .

  2. Arrange fish fillets in single layer in prepared pan.

  3. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once.

  4. Substitute red snapper, striped bass, flounder or sole for the tilapia.
