easy friend rice. can be used as side-dish for almost any meat, or leave the tofu in and make it a meal in one casserole dish!

Recipe Ingredients for oven-fried rice and tofu

1 cup white rice
2 tbsp chicken bouillon
2 tbsp onion soup mix (packet)
2 cups water
4 mushrooms, sliced
350 g Blue Menu Low Fat Tofu Extra Firm
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 cups broccoli

Recipe Directions for oven-fried rice and tofu

  1. mix all ingredients in large casserole with lid (if not enough room, leave out broccoli and cook separately before serving)

  2. bake for about an hour at 350F
