A healthier alternative to chicken nuggets or chicken strips from fast food restaurants. Serve with honey mustard, ranch dressing, bbq sauce or ranch dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN STRIPS

1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut into strips
1 Egg, Beaten
1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
4 tbsp Low-Fat Margarine, Melted

Recipe Directions for OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN STRIPS

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees.

  2. In a shallow dish, beat egg and add a little water to it.

  3. In another shallow dish, put breadcrumbs in.

  4. Dip chicken strips into egg, then breadcrumbs and place on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

  5. Pour melted margarine over strips.

  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
