This recipe uses crushed corn flakes for a coating.

Recipe Ingredients for Oven fried chicken

3 1/2 lbs. chicken parts
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 1/2 cups Corn Flakes
2 tablespoons Margarine Melted
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Oven fried chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray cooking pan with non-stick spray. Whisk eggs and milk together in a large bowl. Combine crushed corn flakes, salt, and pepper in a bag. Dip chicken parts in the egg mixture, then shake them in the bag containing the corn flake mixture. Arrange the chicken parts, skin side up, on the baking dish. May drizzle them with melted margarine if you wish. Bake for about an hour, or until chicken parts are done on the inside and juices run clear.
