Crispy chicken without the skin and oil!

Recipe Ingredients for Oven-fried Chicken

1.25 cup Cereal
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
0.5 tsp Paprika
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.125 tsp Pepper, Black
1 large Egg, Whole
1.5 oz Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, broilers or fryers, breast, meat only, raw
2 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken, broilers or fryers, thigh, meat only, raw
2 drumstick, bone and skin removed Chicken, broilers or fryers, drumstick, meat only, raw
2 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Oven-fried Chicken

  1. 1. Crush corn flakes and mix with thyme, paprika, salt and pepper.

  2. 2. Melt butter and blend into corn flake mixture.

  3. 3. Beat egg and milk.

  4. 4. Trim fat from chicken and divide breasts into several strips.

  5. 5. Dredge chicken in egg and press into corn flake mixture to coat.

  6. 6. Bake in 375 degree oven for 45-55 minutes.
