Healthy fried chicken thats not really fried, but will satisfy that craving!

Recipe Ingredients for Oven Fried Chicken

0.33 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
2 large Egg, White
1 cup Corn Flakes
20 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Oven Fried Chicken

  1. preheat oven to 375

  2. stir together the flour and black pepper in shallow dish. Place the egg whites and crushed cornflakes in two seperate shallow dishes as well

  3. Spray a large baking pan with cooking spray.

  4. Dredge the chicken breast first in the flour mixture, then the egg whites, and lastly the cornflakes, making sure to coat the entire breast.

  5. Place the chicken breast on the baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a small cut in the thickest portion of the breast reveals that it is no longer pink.
