Recipe Ingredients for Oven-Fried Chicken

4 oz Chicken
1 oz Hot Banana Pepper Rings
0.33 serving Brown Mustard
0.5 clove Garlic
0.17 tbsp Franks RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce
2 tbsp Coconut Flour
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
2 serving Salt Substitute
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Oven-Fried Chicken

  1. The marinade is calculated based on how much may stick to the chicken. Whisk 1/2 cup pepper ring liquid, 1 tbsp. mustard, 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tsp. hot sauce in a shallow glass dish until well blended. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour or for up to 8 hours.

  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Set a wire rack on the baking sheet and coat it with cooking spray.

  3. Combine flour, sesame seeds, poultry seasoning, baking powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Place the flour mixture in a paper bag or large resealable plastic bag. Shaking off excess marinade, place chicken breast in the bag and shake to coat. Shake off excess flour and place chicken on the prepared rack. (Discard any leftover flour mixture and marinade.) Spray chicken pieces with cooking spray.

  4. Bake until golden brown and no longer pink in the center, 40 to 50 minutes.
