Healthier version of fried chicken. I use the Panko crumbs for a more course texture, similar to good ole Southern fried chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Oven Fried Chicken

15 oz Chicken
4 cloves, raw Garlic
0.75 cup Bread Crumbs
1 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
1 tbsp Rosemary, Dried
1 tbsp Poultry Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Oven Fried Chicken

  1. Dry chicken breasts completely. Soak in buttermilk. Mix all seasonings with bread crumbs. Roll chicken in crumb mixture. Spray with olive oil. Roll in crumb mixture for second coating. Spray again with oil.

  2. Place on rack on top of cooking sheet. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Make sure the oven is preheated well.
