Recipe Ingredients for Oven Fried Chicken Legs

6 Chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup 1% milk
2 egg whites
2 tbsp Olive oil

Recipe Directions for Oven Fried Chicken Legs

  1. Mix egg whites and milk

  2. Cover chicken legs in egg whites and milk mixture

  3. Roll in flower and place on a non stick baking sheet

  4. Lightly spray with olive oil cooking spray

  5. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes

  6. Add herbs or seasonings to taste
