800 g boneless skinless chicken
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp seasoned salt

Recipe Directions for Oven Fried Chicken Fingers

  1. Mix bread crumbs and seasoning together in one dish. Beat the egg in another. Dip chicken first in beaten egg, then roll in bread crumbs.

  2. Coat a cookie sheet with cooking spray and bake at 400 until chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 30-45 minutes.
