Recipe Ingredients for Oven Crisped Potatoes

2 Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch paprika

Recipe Directions for Oven Crisped Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Slice potatoes into thin slices. Combine all ingredients and spread in shallow roasting pan. Add the potatoes, spreading them across the bottom of the pan.

  2. Bake for up to 30 minutes, or until they begin to brown. Turn once during cooking. When they are just brown, turn again and continue cooking 5-10 minutes or until tender.
