Recipe Ingredients for Oven Crisp Chicken Thighs

1/2 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/4 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 large Egg, White
12 oz Chicken Thighs

Recipe Directions for Oven Crisp Chicken Thighs

  1. boil chicken thighs for 20 minutes to help keep moist and precook partially.

  2. Combine bread crumbs and spices.

  3. Dip 4 chicken thighs into beater egg white, then coat with crumb mixture.

  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly and crispy.

  5. Serves 2 - 4
