A fast, easy, and crunchy alternative to fried tortilla chips. 16 chips per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Oven Corn Tortilla Chips

2 corn tortillas
1/4 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Oven Corn Tortilla Chips

  1. Heat over to 450 degrees.

  2. Using a pizza cutter or large knife, cut the tortillas into 8 triangles. In a bowl, spray them generously with cooking spray (or, alternatively, 1 tps. oil); add salt. Stir to make sure that all tortilla triangles are evenly coated.

  3. Spread on baking sheet so chips aren't overlapping. Bake for five minutes, flip chips over, and bake for 2-3 more minutes until starting to brown. Serve with your favorite salsa.
