Recipe Ingredients for Oven Barbecued Wings

1362 grams Chicken Wings
4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/4 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
2 fl oz White Vinegar, Distilled, Organic
3 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Prepared Mustard
1 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Onion Powder

Recipe Directions for Oven Barbecued Wings

  1. Place wings evenly on baking sheet.

  2. Place under broiler for 10 minutes. Drain.

  3. Mix rest of ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer 5 minutes.

  4. Brush wings. Place back under broiler for 5 minutes.

  5. Flip wings and brush with sauce. Return to broiler for 5 minutes.

  6. Continue to flip and sauce every 5 minutes until chicken reaches cooked temp of 180 F.
