Recipe actually calls for chicken with bones, I just prefer boneless skinless.

Recipe Ingredients for Oven-Barbecued Chicken

48 oz skinless boneless chicken (3 breasts)
1/2 cup chopped onion (1 medium)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbs olive oil
3/4 cup chili sauce
2 tbs honey
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs yellow mustard
1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Recipe Directions for Oven-Barbecued Chicken

  1. Arrange chicken in a 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake in a 375 F oven for 25 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, for sauce, in a small saucepan cook onion and garlic in hot oil over medium heat until tender but not brown. Stir in chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, mustard, horseradish, and crushed red pepper, heath through.

  3. Brush half of the sauce over the chicken. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink (170 F.) Reheat remaining sauce, serve with chicken.
