Recipe Ingredients for Oven-Barbecued Chicken and Beans

1/3 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
32 ounce vegetarian baked beans
24 ounce chicken
1 medium onion, sliced

Recipe Directions for Oven-Barbecued Chicken and Beans

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well, set aside.

  2. Place beans in an 11 x 7 x 1.5 inch baking sick boated with cooking spray. Arrange chicken over beans. Set aside.

  3. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion, and saute until tender.

  4. Spoon onion over chicken. Pour ketchup mixture over onion.

  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
