Easy way to eat salmon without frying

Recipe Ingredients for Oven Baked Salmon Patties

441 grams Pink Salmon
1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 1/2 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
1/4 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Oven Baked Salmon Patties

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees

  2. Drain & debone salmon; save oil

  3. Mix all remaining ingredients into a large bowl, add salmon; use saved oil to moisten if mixture is too dry.

  4. Make into patties and place in a large baking dish sprayed with cooking oil. Bake 15 mins. turn and bake additional 15 mins.
