Mum White's Oven Baked Spare Ribs.

Recipe Ingredients for Oven Baked Ribs

4 lbs pork ribs
6 oz water (from ribs)
6 oz catsup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper, black
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic, raw
2 tbsp vinegar, white
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Oven Baked Ribs

  1. Boil ribs in unsalted water 1 hour

  2. Place ribs in 9 x 13 pan or slow cooker.

  3. Mix remaining ingredients.

  4. Pour mixture over ribs.

  5. Bake 350 for 1 hour or slow cook 4-6 hours on low.
