Recipe Ingredients for Oven-Baked Potatoes

4 medium potatoes
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Oven-Baked Potatoes

  1. Move rack to upper 2/3rds of oven.

  2. Preheat oven to 450F.

  3. Wash Potatoes. Cut into wedges (8 pieces per potato).

  4. Coat with oil, pepper, and garlic salt.

  5. Spray sheet with cooking spray. Place wedges on it.

  6. Cook for 20 minutes.

  7. Take out and flip and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
