Recipe Ingredients for Oven Baked Potato Wedges

2 pounds potatoes cut in wedges
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Oven Baked Potato Wedges

Scrub potatoes, leave skin on, cut in wedges. Place potatoes in a ziplock bag. Pour 2 TBS olive oil into bag. Pour in seasonings...any seasonings may be used. Toss to coat. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and crispy brown.
