Recipe Ingredients for Oven Baked Potato Wedges

16 ounces potatoes, with skin, cut in wedges
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp season salt

Recipe Directions for Oven Baked Potato Wedges

Wash and pat dry potatoes. Cut potatoes in small wedge sections. Place potatoes in ziplock bag. Pour olive oil and seasonings in bag. Shake to toss mixture. Pour potatoes onto baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in potato comes out easily.
