Recipe Ingredients for Oven Baked Pork Chops

3 lbs pork chops
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
57 grams wheatsworth wheat crackers (about 12 crackers)

Recipe Directions for Oven Baked Pork Chops

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Roll crackers with rolling pin in a zip lock bag to crumble crackers

  3. Add parsley to the bag of crumbs

  4. Rinse each pork chop in water and then shake in the bag of crumbs

  5. Place each pork chop on cookie sheet

  6. Put cookie sheet in oven and bake for 50-60 minutes until inside of pork chop is no longer pink

  7. Serve with a vegetable or salad and rice or potatoes on the side.
