Recipe Ingredients for Oven Baked Parmesan Fries

10 ozs potatoes (use 1 lb potatoes, makes 10 ozs cooked)
1 tbsp virgin olive oil
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Oven Baked Parmesan Fries

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Mix the virgin olive oil and black pepper.

  3. Cut potatoes into strips to your liking.

  4. In a large bowl coat the potatoes with the virgin olive oil mixture and mix with your hands making sure the oil covers ever potato.

  5. Pour in the Parmesan cheese and again mix with your hands making sure the potatoes are fully coated

  6. Arrange potatoes in single layer on a baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 30 mins turning the fries over after 15 mins.
