Recipe Ingredients for Oven Baked Parmasan Zuchini

1 ZUCHINI
1 tsp I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER
3 1/2 tsp PARMASAN CHEESE

Recipe Directions for Oven Baked Parmasan Zuchini

  1. Directions: Cut zuchini into quarters lenthwise, brush with softened I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER spread. Salt and pepper to taste. Add freshly grated parmasan cheese on top of zuchini quarters.

  2. Bake: at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes, turn oven onto broil and cook an additional minute or so until cheese is a golden brown. Makes 1 serving.
