Recipe Ingredients for Oven baked lamb curry

600 grams Lamb, Leg, Sirloin Half
2 1tsp Olive Oil
2 small Onions
40 grams Bombay Korma Curry Paste
2.3 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
4 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
2 clove Garlic
300 grams Medium Grain Rice

Recipe Directions for Oven baked lamb curry

  1. preheat oven to 180 degrees C

  2. Season lamb and cook in a fry pan in batches over a medium high heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

  3. Add thinly sliced onion to pan and cook for five minutes until golden.Add korma paste and cook for a few seconds until fragrant.

  4. Add the lamb, stock, tomato, cinnamon, garlic, curry leaves and onion/korma mixture to a 2.5L baking dish and bake covered in oven for 20 minutes.

  5. Add rice to dish and cook until the lamb is tender and the rice is cooked.

  6. Serve curry topped with natural yoghurt.
