Recipe Ingredients for oven baked fish

24 oz fish fillet
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for oven baked fish

  1. rinse fish fillets, dip the fillet in water then dredge in the flour/cornmeal/parmesan mixture

  2. bake @ 350` until flakey tender about 20-25 mins
