Low Calorie Chicken with vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for oven baked chicken and vegetables

2 chicken Breast
3 potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces
1 onion, coarsely chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped into 1"chunk
2 cups carrots
1 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for oven baked chicken and vegetables

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. place all vegetables in prepared baking dish and season to taste

  3. place cut up chicken parts on top of vegetables and pour broth over the top. Sprinckle chicken with paprika

  4. cover lightly with aluminum foil and bake 1 1/2 hrs. Remove the foil during the last 3 minutes

  5. Serve hot
