One serving equals 1 chicken leg. I used gluten free bisquick, but c.c. doesn't have that listed, so I took what I could.

Recipe Ingredients for Oven Baked Chicken

1 1/4 lb. chicken legs, with skin
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. butter (Earthbound)
1 c. (Betty Crocker) Bisquick Baking Mix
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Oven Baked Chicken

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400.

  2. In a 9x9" baking dish, add the olive oil and butter and place in the oven as it heats (it should be nice and hot... but not smoking... by them time you put the rest of the recipe together).

  3. Mix together the Bisquick, seasoned salt, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Place the mix in a strong plastic bag.

  4. Mix one egg in a wide bowl and stir well (you'll only use about half of it). Drench each leg in the egg, then put it in the plastic bag and shake until well covered. Do this for each leg.

  5. Then place the legs in the baking dish and cook at 400 for 35 minutes. Then turn the legs and bake for another 15 minutes.
