8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, .25 pkt Shake N Bake Chicken Coating Mix, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Oven-Baked Chicken Parmesan

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F

  2. Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package

  3. Place in 13x9 pan

  4. Bake 20 min or until chicken is done

  5. Top with remaining ingredients

  6. Bake 5 minutes or until mozzarella is melted
