Stir fried Chicken, onions and sweet peppers. Made with with a thin coating of pam on the pan.

Recipe Ingredients for our stir fry

0.5 large Onions
4 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
3 tbsp Sauce, Teriyaki, Ready-to-serve

Recipe Directions for our stir fry

Chop up a single chicken breast, a large onion, and soak them in teriyaki for a few hours. Take out, fry on pan with pam. While cooking add a sweet pepper from a jar and cut it up as you cook. It takes 10 minutes of cooking tops. It also makes enough for two, but i listed the single serving ratios.
