The regular salad that we always have with dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Our Salad

1 clove garlic
2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cucumber, chopped
4 cups lettuce

Recipe Directions for Our Salad

Mash the garlic clove and mix with vinegar. Whisk in the olive oil. Add the avocado, tomatoes and cucumber and mix into the dressing. Top with the lettuce. Salad will hold at this point for a few hours if necessary. Toss when ready to serve.
