Recipe Ingredients for Our homemade blender mayo

1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
225 ml sunflower oil

Recipe Directions for Our homemade blender mayo

  1. put the egg, salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice and a quarter of the oil into the a blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 30 secounds. Add the remaining oil, puring it in a very slow, thin, steady stream with the blender running at moderately high speed.

  2. Turn of the blender occasionally and clean the sides with a rubber spatular, add more lemon juice and salt to taste if necessary.

  3. Will keep up to a week covered in the fridge
