Recipe Ingredients for Our Favorite Pork Chops

4 pork loin chops (bone-in)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup picante sauce
1 medium tart apple, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Our Favorite Pork Chops

  1. Coat pork chops with flour. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown chops in oil on both sides. Combine the picante sauce, apple and brown sugar; add to the pan. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160.

  2. Yield: 4 servings. Prep/Total Time: 30 min
