Recipe Ingredients for Otak-otak

200 g fish fillet
1 egg
50 ml coconut milk
1 salt
50 g flour
10 g shallot
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
25 ml chicken stock
50 g peanut
5 g chili
2 cloves garlic
150 ml water
20 g sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 salt
2 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for Otak-otak

  1. ground 6, 7, 8

  2. mix well with 1, 2, 3, 4,5, 9

  3. wrap in banana leaves

  4. grill

  5. to make sauce fry 10, 11, 12

  6. ground and mix with 13, 14, 15, 16

  7. serve the fish cake with the peanut sauce
