Recipe Ingredients for Orzo Salad

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup sugar
168 grams orzo pasta (1 cup)
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup golden raisins
3 tablespoons Kalamata olives
1/4 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
2 oz. feta cheese, crumbled

Recipe Directions for Orzo Salad

Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and sugar in a small bowl. Cook orzo according to directions. Toast pine nuts in dry, small skillet over med-low heat. Add dressing to hot pasta and toss. Let cool to room temperature. Add remaining ingredients. Serve at room temperature or cold.
