Recipe Ingredients for orzo pasta salad

224 g dry orzo
1/2 cups water
150 g cooked garbanzo beans
46 g canned mushrooms
1/8 c flour
1/4 c olive oil
1/2 medium red onion
1 pint cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp parsley
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for orzo pasta salad

cook orzo. flour coat the garbanzo beans and 6 grams of mushrooms. fry in 1/8 c olive oil. add red onions, and cook until soft. add tomatos, mushrooms, parsley and garlic. When finished, add orzo, .5 cup water, and finish off with remainder of olive oil. Allow to cool.
