Recipe Ingredients for Orzo with Feta and Tomatoes

1/2 pound orzo
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cup feta cheese crumbles
1/4 cup parsley leaves, chopped
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Orzo with Feta and Tomatoes

  1. Heat water in large sauce pot to boil and add pasta, cook to al dente and drain.

  2. Add oil to pot while still hot and combine with feta. Add cooked pasta to feta oil and toss with parsley and tomatoes, season with a little pepper.
