Orzo salad with olives and sun-dried tiomatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Orzo with everything

3 cups orzo
2/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes
10 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup kalamata olives
2 cups radicchio
1 cup pine nuts
1 cup basil
1 cup parmesan
4 garlic cloves

Recipe Directions for Orzo with everything

Boil orzo until just tender. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, oil, vengar and chopped olives. Toss to blend, let stand until cool. Mix finely chopped radicchio, toasted pine nuts, chopped basil, garlic and grated parmesan into salad. Salt and pepper to taste.
