Great summer salad. Easy to make.

Recipe Ingredients for Orzo and Dill Pasta Salad

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup dill
2 cups orzo
1/2 cup feta cheese
1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup pickles

Recipe Directions for Orzo and Dill Pasta Salad

  1. Add oil, lemon juice and dill to a large mixing bowl.

  2. Boil orzo for 6-8 minutes, drain and rinse to room temperature.

  3. Add orzo, cheese, tomatoes and pickles to mix. Mix together, chill and serve.
