Recipe Ingredients for Orzo with Beefs, Olives, and Feta

6 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
1.5 1tsp Olive Oil
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 clove Garlic
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Rosemary
1/4 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
14 oz Tomatoes Whole Peeled
1 oz Chopped California Ripe Olives
6 oz Orzo Dry

Recipe Directions for Orzo with Beefs, Olives, and Feta

Prepare orzo by package instructions. Brown meat and drain fat. Add finely chopped oinon and cook until softened. Add garlic,rosemary, and crushed red pepper. Cook and stir until fragrant. Puree tomatoes and juic and add to beef. Cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in olives. Toss pasta and sauce together. Garnish with feta cheese.
