252 g salmon, 2 cans
60 g marinated artichoke hearts
56 g roasted red peppers
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes in oil, drained
1 leek
1 cup frozen peas
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter

  1. saute leeks in butter, olive oil

  2. add veggies

  3. add cooked pasta and salmon with pasta cooking water to make sauce
