the protein that the software chose is wrong - should be chocolate 100% whey gold standard - which has less calories - its in their database but how do you load what is their database into your recipe????

Recipe Ingredients for original protein bar recipe

3 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups dry nonfat milk
1 cup sugar free pancake syrup
2 egg whites
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup applesauce
117 grams chocolate Whey protein powder

Recipe Directions for original protein bar recipe

  1. -preheat oven to 325

  2. -mix all dry stuff in bowl

  3. -add in remaining ingredients and mix well. the consistency is like cookie dough

  4. -spread on cookie sheet or put in 9x12 baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray if you wan the bars to be a little thicker

  5. -bake until edges are crispand browned. since the protein in chocolate, you might not notice that the top is browned enough

  6. -cut into 10 even pieces
