Recipe Ingredients for oriental soup with coley and noodles

552 g Pollock Broiled
10 g Chinese five spice powder
1300 g vegetable stock
100 g Blue Dragon Medium Egg Noodle Nests
1 red pepper
220 g Savoy Cabbage, shredded
45 g dark soy sauce

Recipe Directions for oriental soup with coley and noodles

  1. Sprinkle coley wth five-spice, and put in preheated oven (200C) for 35 minutes

  2. Whilst the coley is cooking, bring the stock to the boil, add the shredded cabbage, pepper and noodles, and boild, covered, for 5 minutes.

  3. Add the soy sauce just before serving.
