A tasty twist to salmon, excellent with noodles and a salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Oriental Salmon fillets

4 salmon fillets, skinless
2 tbsp soy sauce, dark
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tbsp clear honey
3 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Oriental Salmon fillets

  1. Place salmon in a shallow dish.

  2. Mix the oil, soy, honey, and juice. Pour over fish and turn to coat. Cover in the fridge for 1 hour.

  3. Preheat the grill to high. Brush with the marinade, cook for 3 minutes.

  4. Turn and brush with more marinade, grill for another 3 to 5 minutes until cooked.
