Recipe Ingredients for oriental pork chops

1/2 g Ginger Root
4 garlic cloves
30 ml soy sauce
30 ml clear honey
10 ml coriander
10 ml rosemary
4 pork chops

Recipe Directions for oriental pork chops

  1. peel & finely chop ginger & garlic.

  2. mix ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey & herb.

  3. make slashes in the chops, place in a shallow dish & coat with the marinade.

  4. cover & refridgerate for minimum of 30 mins, preferably over night.

  5. pan fry or grill 5 mins each side, basting with marinade
