Recipe Ingredients for oriental green beans (weight watchers)

3 T soy sauce
1 pound organic green beans
6 cloves garlic
1 T sesame oil
1 t sugar

Recipe Directions for oriental green beans (weight watchers)

  1. boil green beans for 4-5 minutes

  2. add garlic to pan, then drained beans

  3. add other ingredients and stir fry for appx 2 minutes til liquid is cooked down and beans are coated. Note: for a spicier recipe, add red pepper flakes to taste
